A fabrication and lighting integration company.
We design, fabricate and install custom aluminum, illuminated glass and architectural lighting systems for modern residential and commercial spaces across Florida and California.
Most of what we build does not exist until a project requires it. A stair needs a railing with a specific profile. A balcony needs a glass panel that glows without a visible fixture. A walkway needs a line of light set into the paving rather than a fitting bolted beside it.
That work sits between metal fabrication, glazing and electrical detailing. We handle all three so the channel, the panel and the driver are coordinated before anything is cut.
We work directly with homeowners as well as with architects, designers and general contractors, and we provide drawings, samples and field measurement as part of the process.
Every project runs through one controlled process: concept, site measurement, Design Development, written customer approval, engineering coordination when the project requires it, precision fabrication, installation and final inspection. The same company manages it from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

The founder
A founder-led company, built on twenty-three years of jobsite experience.
Our founder began working in construction at the age of thirteen, alongside his father. What started as helping out became a profession built on discipline, craftsmanship and responsibility.
By eighteen he was independently managing complete remodeling projects. By twenty-one he was leading five highly skilled construction crews, delivering both residential and commercial renovation work. He continued managing large-scale remodeling and construction projects until the age of twenty-eight.
At twenty-eight he founded a gypsum 3D wall panel manufacturing business in Ukraine, which grew into a successful company supplying its products across a region of roughly 700,000 people.
When the war began, he made the difficult decision to leave everything behind and relocate to the United States with his family. Arriving in America meant starting over completely.
Today he is building Russell Custom Design with the same determination that shaped his entire career: custom aluminum systems, illuminated architectural glass, architectural lighting, luxury renovations and complete remodeling projects.
