Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Russell Custom Design LLC collects, how it is used and how it is stored. It is an editable template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit through estimate, consultation and contact forms; project information such as ZIP code, address and scope; photographs you upload; and technical data such as pages visited and campaign parameters.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare estimates, produce conceptual visualizations, schedule site visits and maintain project records. Marketing communication is separate and optional.

Photographs and AI processing

Photographs you upload are stored privately and used to generate conceptual design previews for your project. Use of your project images in our public portfolio requires separate, explicit consent and is never pre-selected.

Storage and access

Customer records and uploads are stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorized team members with a business need can view them.

Account identity, security and retention

Each person may hold one Russell Custom Design AI account. To make that workable we keep a limited identity record containing your verified email address and mobile number, irreversible hashes of those values, the date they were verified, your credit wallet, purchase history and a record of one-time offers you have used. Security signals such as network and device information are stored only as keyed hashes, are treated as risk indicators rather than identity, and are retained for a limited period.

These limited identity, payment, security and transaction records may be retained after an account is closed in order to prevent fraud and promotional abuse, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Closing an account disables access and removes non-essential profile detail, but it does not reset free generation eligibility or one-time offers, and it does not permit a new account to be created with the same verified email address or mobile number.
