Custom Aluminum Staircase Replacement
An existing spiral staircase was removed and replaced with a custom-built straight aluminum staircase. The new system provides more comfortable access, a cleaner appearance, and integrates aluminum stair railings from the lower level to the upper deck. The staircase was fabricated specifically for the existing structure and installed on site.
The challenge
The existing spiral staircase provided limited and inconvenient access to the upper level. The goal was to replace it with a straight staircase that would fit the available space, connect properly to the existing deck, and provide a more practical everyday access solution.
The design solution
We developed and fabricated a custom aluminum staircase based on the existing site conditions and measurements. The new straight-run configuration includes integrated aluminum railings and was designed to connect cleanly with the existing upper deck. The completed installation replaced the original spiral staircase with a more functional and visually clean solution.
